The Lower Moreland Township School District has been advised by PECO Energy Company that road work to relocate a gas line on Red Lion Road in front of Lower Moreland Middle and High Schools is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, and is projected to last 2 ½ weeks.  PECO said that the work will occur between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM as to avoid congestion at arrival and dismissal times.  Additionally, PECO has also indicated that work scheduled near the main driveway of Lower Moreland Middle School will try to be scheduled on a Saturday.  While the times the work will commence should not interfere with arrivals and dismissals, the District expects delays could occur.  Please plan accordingly. 

The Lower Moreland Township School District will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, October 21, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the LOWER MORELAND MIDDLE SCHOOL AUDITORIUM (555 Red Lion Road). The purpose of the meeting is to review the current status of the District Facilities Study.
