8th Grade Art

          Along with the Lower Moreland Township School District Art Curriculum, and the Pennsylvania State Standards, 8th Grade art this year will build on concepts learned in Kindergarten through 7th grades. Use of the elements and principles of design to create successful works of art will be reinforced.

8th graders will use a variety of materials such as tempera paint, watercolor, pastels, charcoal, clay, found objects and craft material to complete their individual and unique projects.

Murray Avenue Art functions using a theme-based approach to art. Lessons are developed based on school initiatives, relevant community happenings & global events.
